SARASOTA, Fla., November 5, 2018 (Newswire.com) - PropLogix, a growing real estate company in the Sarasota-Manatee area, is set to celebrate the first group of employees to graduate the organization’s pilot Leadership Academy.
The program was conceived as a way to develop the company’s existing talent and to provide on-the-job training opportunities to make PropLogix a more attractive place for beginning professionals to grow their careers.

The 16-week course includes formal instruction on communications, public speaking, coaching, and conducting meetings, as well as learning how to give performance expectations and reviews. Bi-weekly classes that consist of lessons, practical exercises, and peer feedback are complemented by one-on-one coaching sessions with the company’s Director of Operations, Chad Burlingame, who spent nine years in a VP role at real estate development giant, KB Home.
